3. The rotation direction of the reinforcing strip of the clamp structure is opposite to the twist direction of the outer layer of OPGW, the standard configuration is in accordance with OPGW

The outer layer twist direction is right-handed. If the OPGW outer layer twisted direction is left-handed, it should be noted in the order contract.
